Qualification
For the post of Chief Financial Officer, the candidate must be a Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or Chartered Management Accountant, and the applicant must be an FCA, FCMA, and FCCA.
For the post of Chief Technical Officer, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (16 Years of Education ) in engineering (Power, Electrical, and related fields). Candidates who have additional degrees in Project Management and Business Administration from any reputed institution, local and international, or an international certification course in the relevant field will have a competitive advantage.
Experience
Chief Financial Officer
- Potential Candidate must have 15 years of Post Qualification Experience in Public/ Private and International Organizations with seven (07) years of experience in the Power Sector experience with five years (05) of experience in a Senior Management Role RS Head of the Department Organization Age.
Age Limit
- Age should not be more than 57 years old at the time of closing advertisement.
Chief Technical Officer
- The candidate for the post of CTO should have 18 years of post-qualification experience and the candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in power generation and five (05) years of experience working in a senior management role or as Head of a Department in any large Power and Energy sector.
