Qualification
- Medical Doctor with a Graduate Degree in Public Health with a Specialization in Health Policy and Systems Development from a recognized Institution.
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / MPA 16 years of Education
- MS Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Statistics
- Master’s Degree or Higher in a Communication Focused Field such as Marketing, Business, Communication, Public relations, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Master’s Degree or Higher Qualifications in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development from HEC University
- For Office Assistant post Bachelor of Computer Science
Experience
- Project Manager
At least 10 to 15 years of experience is required for this position, working in the health sector at national and international levels across both the public and private sectors in general, more specifically at least 2 Years in the public sector.
- Admin Officer
A minimum of three to five years of experience is required as an Admin Office /Coordinator with Development Organization, Finance, Public Health, Public Health Institution, or comparable experience in the public /private sector/UN/HDP. Experience in financial, grant management, and procurement will be preferred.
- Database Officer
Five (05) to seven (07) years of experience in database management, and data, proven experience of data experience in data analysis, having knowledge of health data and database management systems, and skills of working with databases like MSSQL/Postgrads/Oracle and MS SQL.
- Communication Officer
Five (05) to seven (07) years of related working experience is required with two or more years of experience in health communication and the candidate must have a working knowledge of all channel disciplines including PR, social media, shopping, promotional, etc.
- Training Officer
Five to seven years of experience as a trainer specialist and facilitator capable of imparting knowledge, attitude, and skills to meet the project training objectives.
- Office Assistant
Two years of related experience is preferred with skills (e.g. IT), knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Outlook.
